NEW OSHA CRANE REGULATIONS
OSHA has recently issued new standards regarding cranes which will affect the entire United States. The standards require certification for operators of all construction cranes of 2,000 pounds or greater, although there is a delay in the effective date of the requirement. The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (CCO) certification meets this requirement.
